Swimming can be the most challenging part of an athletes training. Swimming is certainly one of the best total body workouts you can do. I like to combine both by improving your stokes for improved time, but also to use swimming to get you in shape.

You'll quickly improve your lap times by becoming more efficient in the pool. Swim training is all about power and efficiency and I can help you master both.

Coaching is available in person or distance coaching. If you are in the Penticton area, I will be using the local pool. In both cases I will use underwater video for stroke analysis.
