Training is not one-size-fits-all. Every individual has unique goals, strengths and challenges.

That is why my coaching services include one-on-one meetings, video analysis, and workouts tailored to your personal strengths and weaknesses. I also offer different levels of training, so that you can choose a training package that works for you.

The coaching fees will include different tests, videos and analysis according to the type of program required. Get the guidance you need to train for success with customized training plans and ongoing support.

Each program will be designed specific to the athlete and the program will be delivered to the athlete every week according to the feedback.

There will be constant communication between you and I via Garmin connect, phone, FaceTime, email, etc.

Fees are based on a weekly basis, and you may buy as many weeks as you like after the initial minimum of 6 weeks.
